ST. ANN PLACE

The homeless are part of our community and St. Ann Place’s purpose is to serve these women and men in a dignified manner to ease the burden and basic challenges of living in homelessness. The homeless represent our mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, grandchildren, uncles, aunts, former nurses, business executives, military veterans . . . these are the faces and lives of people living on the street with minimal to no resources. St. Ann Place remains the only daytime hygiene center where homeless women and men in West Palm Beach can get a shower five days a week and have their clothes washed. St. Ann Place fulfills their mission by providing food services to 150-200 individuals per day. Over 40,000 clients visit on an annual basis. In addition to hygiene and feeding, the center provides respite care for clients discharged from surgery or procedures that need more time to recover off the streets. The Healthcare District Mobile Clinic is on site every Monday and Wednesday and provides clinical visits and prescriptions support for up to 16 individuals each day.
